Ingredients 2.0 2 cup romaine lettuce 1.0 1 cup Tomatoes, red, cherry, fresh, year round average 1.0 1 cup Pineapple, chunks, with juice, canned 2.0 2 tbsp Cranberries, dried 2.0 2 tbsp chopped pecans Dynamite Dressing 0.25 0 1/4 cup Yogurt, peach, nonfat 1.0 1 tbsp orange juice 1.5 1 1/2 tsp distilled white vinegar Directions - Put mixed salad greens on a large platter or in a salad bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt, orange juice and vinegar . Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a large bowl, mix chopped vegetables and orange segments. Add dressing and stir. Spoon mixture over salad greens.
- Top with raisins and nuts. Serve.
