2 lb  fresh cubed pumpkin
2 each  medium apples
0 1/2 cup  fresh diced pineapple
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground cloves
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Set the pumpkin on a baking pan cut side down. Bake for 40 minutes.
  3. Scoop out the cooked pumpkin leaving 1/8-inch thick shell.
  4. Place the apples in a blender and pulse until chunky. Add the pineapple, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Pulse to mix. Fill the pumpkin with the mixture and place the top on.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes.
