2 each  acorn squash
0 1/2 cup  Rice, wild, cooked
1 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
1 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the wild rice, orange rind, walnuts, and orange juice concentrate. Fill the squash with the wild rice mixture.
  3. Set in a baking pan, cover with foil, and bake for 35 minutes.
