0 1/2 cup  vinegar
0 1/2 cup  red wine
1 tbsp  paprika
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  chopped leeks
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  potato starch
0 1/4 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp  sugar free apricot jam
Directions
  1. In a small-medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Place in a plastic bag with your choice of beef or poultry.
  3. Shake until it is coated and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  4. Bake or cook the meat the way you would normally. Baste often during cooking.
