16 oz  boneless pork chops
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
2 each  medium pears
1 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
0 1/2 cup  Juice, apple
  1. Season both sides of pork with the salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the margarine in a nonstick skillet. Cook the pork for 3 minutes then turn over and cook another 3 minutes. Transfer the pork onto a plate.
  3. Place the pears in the pan. Add the sugar and rosemary. Cook for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
  4. Add apple juice to the pan. Place pork back in the pan. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
