Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning in a plastic resealable bag. Drop in the chicken and shake to coat.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook the chicken, onion, pepper, and garlic for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the fettuccine in accordance with the directions on the package.
  4. Mix together the remaining Creole seasoning and evaporated milk. Add to the pan.
  5. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add to pasta and toss to mix.
