3 each  fresh tomatoes
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  salt
1 pinch  white pepper
3 cup  fat free milk
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
2 tbsp  margarine
1 tsp  dried dill weed
  1. Place the potatoes, celery, onion, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan. Fill with just enough water to cover. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  2. Mix together the flour, margarine, and dill in a skillet.
  3. Slowly stir in milk. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the potato mixture. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
