0 3/4 cup  olive oil
0 3/4 cup  cider vinegar
2 tsp  celery seeds
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
1 each  medium lemons
1 each  small onions
  1. Mix together the olive oil, vinegar, celery seeds, Tabasco sauce, lemon, and onion.
  2. Stir in the crayfish.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours.
