0 1/4 lb  small scallops
1 each  fresh green onions
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  vegetable oil
1 tsp  dried basil
0 1/2 tsp  ground tarragon
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. Mix together the scallops, onion, lemon juice, vegetable oil, basil, and tarragon. Let marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer the scallops onto a shallow pan.
  2. Broil until the scallops are opaque. Baste with the marinade. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
