Ingredients 1.0 1 cup fat free mayonnaise 1.0 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 21.5 21 1/2 oz Soup, cream of chicken, 98%fat free, condensed, canned 1.0 1 each butter flavored cooking spray 32.0 32 oz frozen broccoli florets 4.0 4 cup cooked chicken breast, diced 2.0 2 cup Cheese, cheddar, sharp, reduced fat, finely shredded 3.0 3 piece Bread, white, soft, slice Directions - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with the cooking spray.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cream of chicken soup.
- Place the broccoli and chicken in the dish. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the cheese and bread crumbs on top. Gently spray with the cooking spray.
- Bake for 1 hour.
