0 3/4 cup  Rice, wild, dry
1 1/2 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1 tsp  walnut oil
1 each  medium celery stalk
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
2 tbsp  slivered almonds
  1. Place the rice and broth in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil then decrease heat, cover, and simmer for 35 minutes. Drain, if needed, then fluff.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute the celery and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Combine the rice, celery, mushrooms, and almonds.
