1 each  egg whites
1 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
1 each  small onions
1 lb  ground turkey
2 tsp  ground coriander
1 pinch  salt
1 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
  1. Soak the bread pieces in the egg white for 1 minute. Mix in the onion, turkey, coriander, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook the patties for 10 minutes over medium heat then turn over and cook for another 10 minutes.
