2 each  fresh tomatoes
1 each  red onion
2 tbsp  fresh basil
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Set the tomato slices on 4 plates. Place the onion slices on top of the tomatoes. Season with basil, parsley, and pepper.
  2. Combine lemon juice and oil. Spoon over the tomatoes and onions.
