1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  peanut oil
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 cup  cooking sherry
  1. Combine the soy sauce, water, peanut oil, Dijon, ginger, cloves, orange zest, and sherry.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce mixture at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning a couple of times.
  3. Preheat the broiler. Put the chicken on skewers and set the marinade aside.
  4. Broil 3 minutes. Turn over, coat with the marinade, and broil another 2 to 3 minutes.
