1 lb  Spinach, fresh, bunch
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  walnut oil
1 pinch  sesame oil
1 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds
