1 lb  sea bass fillet
4 pinch  paprika
4 pinch  salt
4 pinch  black pepper
3 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 each  medium onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  dried basil
8 oz  no-salt tomato sauce
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Wash and pat dry fillets. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Place fillets on broiler pan. Set aside.
  4. In medium skillet, heat oil over medium. Add bell peppers and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add onion and garlic and cook until they become soft.
  6. Add basil, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Broil fillets for 5 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
  8. Reserve 4 tablespoons of sauce, divide remaining sauce between 4 plates.
  9. Place fish on top of sauce. Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
