0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/2 each  fresh tomatoes
2 each  fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 pinch  ground thyme
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tsp  walnut oil
2 tsp  balsamic vinegar
0 1/2 tsp  tarragon, leaves, ground
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/2 cup  low fat buttermilk
  1. Put the bell pepper, tomato, basil, onion, thyme, pepper, walnut oil, vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a blender. Pulse to a puree.
  2. Blend in the buttermilk. Refrigerate to chill.
