Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the all purpose flour, wheat flour, and baking powder. Stir in the butter. Mix in the buttermilk then raisins.
  3. Lightly coat a cutting board with flour. Place the dough onto the cutting board and roll to 1/2-inch thick. Slice into 16 rounds.
  4. Set the rounds on a cooking spray coated baking sheet and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
