0 1/2 cup  cold water
1 tsp  fructose sweetener
1 each  cinnamon sticks
4 each  medium peaches
0 1/2 each  medium bananas
  1. Place the water, fructose, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil then decrease heat.
  2. Mix in the peaches and cook, covered, for about 10 minutes. Transfer into a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick. Add in the banana to the peaches.
