2 each  eggs
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tbsp  Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
2 tsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  unsalted butter
  1. In small bowl, whisk eggs, pepper, milk, and parsley until well blended.
  2. In small skillet, heat butter over medium until melted and bubbly.
  3. Add eggs to skillet, cover, and cook 2-1/2 minutes.
  4. Fold in half and transfer to serving plate.
