  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook the pork for 5 minutes then turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
  2. Saute the onions for 3 minutes. Mix in the tomatoes, tomato liquid, paprika, garlic, and caraway seeds. Bring just to a boil, then decrease the heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the potatoes, bell pepper, and pork chops. Cook for about 20 minutes.
