8 oz  uncooked elbow pasta
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 oz  pine nuts
1 tbsp  dried basil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package then drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook the pine nuts for 5 minutes. Mix in the basil.
  3. Combine the pine nut mixture and orzo. Toss to mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
