1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 tbsp  shallots, chopped
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
2 cup  fresh mushrooms
0 1/2 oz  Arrowroot, fresh
1 tbsp  cooking sherry
0 3/4 cup  Milk, evaporated, with add vitamin A, canned
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet. Cook shallots until they are browned. Mix in the paprika and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the arrowroot and sherry. Mix in the milk, water, salt, and cayenne. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until the mixture becomes thick.
