8 oz  Pasta, fettuccine, spinach, dry
3 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 lb  fresh mushrooms
0 1/4 cup  white wine
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  chopped parsley
  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package and drain.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the wine, lemon juice, hot pepper flakes, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Add the rest of the oil, pepper, and parsley. Turn the heat off and mix in the pasta. Toss to mix, then cook to reheat.
