16 oz  tuna fillets
0 1/2 each  fresh basil leaves
1 each  fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
4 tbsp  part skim shredded mozzarella
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet until it begins to smoke. Decrease the heat and cook the fillets for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes then turn over and cook for about 1 1/2 to 3 minutes longer.
  3. Transfer the fillets onto a plate and put basil leaves and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and mozzarella.
  4. Broil the fish until the cheese has melted. Top with the lemon wedges.
