Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Cook the linguini for about 10 to 12 minutes then drain.
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute the onion and garlic until they become soft. Mix in the parsley, clams, vodka, lemon juice, tomato sauce, oregano, hot pepper flakes, and water chestnuts. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine the Sauce and Linguini in a bowl. Toss to mix.
