1 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp  plain nonfat yogurt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
1 lb  swordfish fillets
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  paprika
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In small bowl, combine watercress, lemon juice, yogurt, pepper, and salt. Set aside
  3. Coat both sides of the fish with olive oil. Season with paprika.
  4. Broil fish for 7 minutes, turn cook additional 7 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serve with lemon-watercress topping.
