2 lb  Greens, Swiss chard, fresh
0.125 tsp  salt
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 each  medium lemons
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Cut any damaged leaves and tough stems off any chard.
  2. Fill a saucepan with 1/2-inch of water. Add the chard leaves and continue to boil. Cook, covered, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in the salt and turn off the heat. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid.
  3. Chop the chard. Mix in the oil to the reserved liquid and drizzle over the chard. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and serve with the lemon wedges.
