8 oz  Pasta, angel hair, whole wheat, dry, package
1 pinch  black pepper
1 lb  fresh spinach leaves
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 each  small onions
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  dried basil
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 pinch  salt
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package and drain. Steam the spinach until it becomes wilted.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute the onion until it becomes soft.
  3. Put the spinach, onion, parsley, basil, oregano, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a blender. Pulse to puree.
  4. Put the pasta in a bowl and pour the mixture into the bowl. Toss to mix. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
