0 1/2 cup  evaporated skim milk
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 each  large garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tsp  dried dill weed
0 1/4 oz  unsweetened apple juice frozen concentrate
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
2 pinch  sesame oil
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse until it becomes a smooth consistency. Refrigerate to chill.
