1 lb  Fish, flounder, cooked, FDA
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  olive oil
0.3333 cup  bran flakes cereal
1 each  medium lemons
1 each  parsley sprigs
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with the nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper then dip the fish in the oil.
  3. Sprinkle the cereal flakes on both sides of the fillets.
  4. Set the fillets in the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon slices and garnish with parsley sprigs.
