1 lb  cooked crab
0 1/4 cup  plain yogurt, whole milk
0 1/4 cup  mayonnaise
1 oz  canned pimientos, sliced
1 tsp  capers
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
4 piece  fresh romaine leaves
1 pinch  paprika
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. In medium bowl, place crab meat. Remove any shells.
  2. In small, separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, pimiento, capers, and cayenne.
  3. Transfer dressing to bowl with crab meat. Toss to mix.
  4. Place lettuce onto 4 plates. Spoon crab meat onto each lettuce leaf.
  5. Sprinkle with the paprika and garnish with parsley sprigs.
