2 each  eggs
1 cup  evaporated milk
1 tsp  instant coffee granules
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Crack eggs into blender and process.
  3. Add evaporated milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and orange juice concentrate.
  4. Spoon into 4 custard cups. Place cups into glass baking dish and fill with 1" of water.
  5. Bake 45 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Use knife to loosen edges and invert onto serving plates.
  8. Sprinkle with orange zest and cinnamon. Serve.
