1 lb  large scallops
1 tsp  paprika
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Set the scallops in a baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper on every side.
  3. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn over to ensure that they are cooked all the way through. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.
