4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  small onions
14 1/2 oz  canned stewed tomatoes
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. In a medium skillet lightly brown chicken in heated oil. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Add garlic and onion, cook over medium heat until onion is crisp tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, chicken and salt. Cover and cook on low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
