Chewy and chocolately nut balls.

2 tsp  natural creamy peanut butter 1.0
1 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted 2.0
2 piece  Baking Chocolate, bar, bittersweet 1.0
1 tsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened 0.5
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract 0.5
0 1/2 cup  slivered almonds 0.25
0 1/4 cup  Soy Nuts, roasted, salted

1. In a small, glass heatproof bowl, melt peanut butter, margarine, and chocolate in a microwave for 30-60 seconds. Mix in cocoa and vanilla. Add the nuts.
2. Mix all together and form small balls. Put into mini-cupcake holders.
3. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
