2 each  medium peaches
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
  1. Preheat grill or broiler. Soak skewers in water for at least a half hour so they won't burn. Slice peaches in half and remove pit. Cut each half into 3 large slices.
  2. Mix spices and flavorings together and toss peach slices in them until coated. Place slices on skewers, and grill or broil 3 minutes.
  3. Turn fruit over and grill or broil on other side. Serve warm.
