1 each  cooking spray
6 each  medium apples
0 1/4 cup  unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 cup  quick cooking rolled oats
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
3 tbsp  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 tbsp  brown sweetener
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 tbsp  butter
1 tbsp  walnut oil
3 tbsp  strawberry jam
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 8 x 12" baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In large bowl, toss apple slices, applesauce, vanilla, and cinnamon. Spread evenly in baking dish.
  4. In separate bowl, mix oats, nuts, sugar substitute, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. With pastry blender or fork, cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture is crumbly. If mixture is too dry, add walnut oil.
  6. Spread oat/nut mixture evenly over apples and dot with remaining butter and strawberry preserves.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until topping is golden and apples are bubbling. Serve warm.
