2 each  medium zucchini
2 each  Squash, summer, fresh, medium, FDA
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  sesame oil
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/2 tsp  sesame seeds
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Slice zucchini and squash into long ribbons.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper, and sesame seeds. Drizzle over zucchini and squash and toss to coat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
