12 cup  cold water
2 lb  raw medium shrimp
2 tsp  old bay seasoning
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 cup  chopped green bell peppers
0.6667 cup  cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Boil water in a large pot and add in shrimp and Old Bay; let shrimp simmer 3 minutes or until fully cooked. Strain and let cool.
  2. Combine shrimp, onion, pepper, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag and chill for 30 minutes; flip bag a few times to cover shrimp with marinade. Take shrimp out of bag, saving liquid.
  3. Remove skin from shrimp and toss with the saved marinade.
