2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  cold water
1 tsp  sesame oil
4 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
1 cup  fresh bean sprouts
1 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds
  1. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, water, and oil.
  2. Toss dressing with watercress and sprouts.
