2 lb  fresh asparagus
16 oz  French bread baguette
0 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/4 tsp  stoneground mustard
3 each  egg whites
  1. Steam asparagus 4 minutes, until crisp tender, strain and dry.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Lay crust on a pizza pan and place asparagus on top.
  4. Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, and mustard. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks can be made.
  5. Gently fold egg mixture into mayonnaise mixture and spoon on top of asparagus.
  6. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until crispy and golden. Slice into wedges.
