16 oz  mahi mahi fillets
1 tbsp  canola oil
2 tbsp  caribbean jerk seasoning
  1. Lightly spray the grill rack. Place over medium-hot heat.
  2. Brush Mahi-Mahi with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and rub over fish.
  3. Grill, turning once until opaque in the center, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
