0 1/2 cup  fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream
0 1/2 cup  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
0.125 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
4 each  trout fillet, raw
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Whisk together cucumber, sour cream, yogurt, lemon rind and juice, and dill.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper. Lay fish on a cooking spray coated broiler pan and broil 8 minutes or until flaky. Serve sauce with fish.
