0 1/2 cup  chopped pecans
2 tbsp  corn flakes cereal
2 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
20 oz  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Finely dice pecans in a food processor or by hand.
  3. Place pecans and cornflakes on a sheet of wax paper.
  4. Whisk together honey and soy sauce.
  5. Coat chicken with honey mixture then sprinkle with pecan mixture.
  6. Lay chicken on baking sheet and coat with cooking spray. Bake chicken 5 minutes per side.
