2 tbsp  taco sauce
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  green chile peppers, diced
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
3 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
2 oz  Greens, watercress, fresh, sprig
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
6 each  scallions
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
  1. Combine lime juice, taco sauce, oil, green chilies, salt, and cumin, and whisk together.
  2. Mix in chicken, watercress, tomatoes, scallions, and cilantro.
