Lay pizza dough in a cooking spray coated baking pan and press down. Poke holes in dough with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees F for 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
Using electric beaters, combine cream cheese and tomato spread. Mix in artichokes. Spoon mixture evenly onto crust. Top mixture with olives, carrots, peppers, broccoli, and cheese, pressing down to secure. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Slice into squares.
