3 cup  white all purpose flour
1 each  package baker's yeast
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  olive oil
16 oz  cream cheese
12 oz  canned crab meat, drained (6.5 ounce can)
0 1/4 cup  lowfat milk
4 oz  crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp  dried basil
1 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
4 oz  Cheese, Swiss, shredded
  1. Mix together 1 1/2 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Combine water and oil in a pot and heat to 120 to 130 degrees.
  3. Gradually beat in flour mixture, beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add in enough flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes or until it is smooth.
  5. Put dough in a greased bowl, flipping one time to grease top. Cover with a towel and let rest in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Punch dough down and separate into two pieces.
  7. Roll each piece out on a floured surface into a 13 inch sphere.
  8. Place each sphere in a 12 inch pizza pan and build up edges to make a crust. Poke holes in dough with a fork.
  9. Bake dough at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
  10. Mix together cream cheese, crab meat, milk, feta cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
  11. Spoon mixture onto crusts and top with Swiss cheese.
  12. Bake another 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice into triangles.
