1 lb  flank steak
1 tbsp  sesame oil
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
  1. Trim any fat from meat and place in a shallow dish. Combine oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder; pour over meat, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
  2. When ready to cook, remove meat from marinade. Slice, across the grain, into 1/8-inch slices.
  3. Cook about 1/4 of the meat at a time in a nonstick skillet, adding a little cooking oil to the pan if needed. Skillet should be fairly hot to cook meat quickly.
