0 1/2 cup  olive oil
1 oz  pepperoncini peppers
1 each  red hot chile peppers
1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In small saucepan, combine oil, pepperoncini, chile pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Heat over medium-low until thermometer reads 180°F.
  3. Lower heat and cook 20 minutes not letting temperature go above 200°F.
  4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Strain through fine sieve. Discard solids.
